Return Policy

As the items are sexual health items, for sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the following exceptions:

If your item is defective upon receipt:

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We will require pictures and returns on all defective items in its original packaging before replacement. For any electronic devices, tempering, opening, and/or attempting to open the device voids any manufacturer warranty on the item.

The manufacturer will decide and let us know whether to replace the product. If the manufacturer does not deem the product defective, the product will not be replaced.

Any exchanges from the manufacturer are only valid for the same item unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer and must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt.

Please Note: Products with minor wrinkle or external blemish will not affect the function of the toy thus cannot be deemed as defective.

If you are dissatisfied with an item:

Due to the sexual health nature of the products, satisfaction can not be guaranteed and we cannot accept dissatisfaction returns as a result. Only unopened and undamaged packages that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a full refund less the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. In cases of free shipping, actual shipping cost for the returned item(s) will be calculated and deducted from the refund, this includes cost of sending the package plus any shipping cost incurred for the returning package depending on the shipping carrier used. We WILL NOT accept open/used items for return. Any items that are returned to us used or opened will simply be disposed of and we will not issue a refund for them.
